Jamie Spencer

Jamie Spencer is a multiple Classic-winning jockey, and widely regarded as one of the best talents in the weighing room, as well as one of the most knowledgeable. He won his first Classic in 1998 when Tarascon took the Irish 1,000 Guineas, and he has amassed a whole host of Group/Grade 1 victories worldwide since, most recently when Deauville won the Belmont Derby in July. He was the Champion Jockey in the UK in 2005 & 2007 (alongside Seb Sanders in 2007), and returned to the saddle, after a brief four-month retirement, in December 2014. He is currently at the peak of his powers at the age of just 36.
