Jamie Spencer: The potential for further progress is obviously there

She is drawn 15 of 15, so we will see how that plays out, but we know she handles a soft surface because she finished runner-up in France on her debut. She went one better at Wolverhampton last time, and the placed horses have run well in defeat since, but this is clearly another level again. She will probably be one of the outsiders, but you never know how these young fillies will progress with their racing, so here is hoping.
Bedouin
He was tried in blinkers in all three of his starts last season, but they were left off on his return on fast ground over 1m2f at Nottingham and he ran well to finish second on his handicap debut there to another unexposed horse. I think that form could be okay and the step up in trip and softer ground could suit here, too. He did go up 3lb for that second, but the blinkers are back on and the potential for further progress is obviously there.
