She has three decent efforts at Windsor to her name, two over this trip, but she will have to improve a good deal to even get competitive for the places against some much higher-rated horses in here. But Dean has his horses in good form, so we will see how she gets on. There is prize money all the way down to 10th in here.
Qassem
He joined us last season from France and I rode him on his debut over 1m4f for the stable back in November when he ran okay. But since then he has been gelded and dropped in trip, and he came good last time with a win over this trip at Chelmsford from a couple of in-form horses. I think a 5lb rise for that victory looks fair and I’m hopeful he can continue to progress. He seems to handle any ground.
Cartographer NON-RUNNER
This filly seems to handle quick and easy ground, so doesn’t look to be beholden to the weather, and she came back to form for me when second to a very progressive horse at Newmarket last time. There was no disgrace in being beaten there and, off the same mark, I think she has each-way claims again here.
