Paddy Brennan: Aye Aye Charlie has an obvious chance
Aye Aye Charlie
He ran an unbelievable race for us here when fourth in the Grade 1 in April, not being far behind the likes of Black Op and finishing ahead of good horses. He is a 145-rated hurdler running in a maiden hurdle, and he comes here fit and well, so he has an obvious chance. I think he has probably improved since last season, too.

She ran well when sixth at Cheltenham in April, where the ground was probably a bit too quick for her. There looks to be a bit of ease in the ground at Aintree, which will suit, and I expect a big run from her. I’ve got two good rides on the day.
