Paddy Brennan: We couldn’t be happier with her
Oscar Rose
She had a busy time of it last season, and showed what a good mare she was when winning a Listed bumper at Huntingdon and when just beaten ½ length at Aintree, where I told everyone here that she would go well at a big price. It was one run too far for her on her hurdling debut at Warwick in May, where she didn’t show her best but still ran okay. The experience will have done her good anyway and we couldn’t be happier with her at home. She is fit and ready to go, has done lots of schooling, and hopefully she will run well in what is obviously a very good and competitive mares’ hurdle.
